Portal to Bitcoin (PTB) is the native token of a cross-chain protocol that enables atomic swaps between Bitcoin and other blockchain assets. PTB is used for fees, staking rewards, governance, and protocol alignment, with a deflationary buyback and burn mechanism.
Portal to Bitcoin is a cross-chain protocol designed to enable trust-minimized, non-custodial swaps between native Bitcoin and assets on other blockchains. Instead of using wrapped tokens or third-party custodians, the protocol employs atomic swap technology and a system called BitScaler to facilitate secure, direct settlement.
