The manager of G BT C is claiming bragging rights today for being the first of the newly approved spot. Bitcoin ETF issuers to begin trading. Grayscale head of communications, Jennifer Rosenthal said via email. I'm happy to confirm G BT C started pre trading at 4 a.m. Eastern time. Now, the firms version of its $27 billion Bitcoin Trust into an ETF was finally approved by the SEC yesterday along with 10 other applications marking a historic milestone for the crypto industry. G BT C is priced at around $40.50 in pre trading on the nyse A circle internet financial files for IP O. Finally, the US DC Stablecoin issuer has filed to sell shares to the public for the first time. The company said in a statement that it filed a confidential draft as one document to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Now, the number of shares to be offered in price range have not yet been determined, but you'll remember back in 2022 the company said it was valued at $9 billion a deal to go public by a special purpose acquisition company or a spec that deal ended at the end of 2022. At the time circle, CEO Jeremy Leir said that he was disappointed that the proposed transaction timed out since then. The industry has been waiting for an IP O and it sounds like it may finally be happening. US DC is the second biggest stablecoin. And while all we could talk about was the spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States X quietly removed support for NFT profile pictures. Earlier this week X wrote about the company's vision for 2024 which includes peer to peer payments and A I powered tools. It seems to NFTS didn't make the cut though because paid subscribers noticed that they're no longer able to set an NFT as a profile picture. The feature was originally launched also back in 2022 Twitter, blue users could set nfts minted on Ethereum as their profile pics. That's it for coin desk daily.
