About Falcon Finance
Falcon Finance (FF) is the governance and utility token for an over-collateralised synthetic-dollar protocol centred on USDf and sUSDf. FF enables on-chain governance of upgrades, parameters and incentive budgets. When staked, FF can grant improved minting terms for USDf, reduced haircuts and lower swap fees, as well as potential yield boosts and early access to new vaults or structured minting paths. A portion of FF supports community incentives that reward activity such as minting and staking. Falcon Finance (FF) is the native governance and utility token of the Falcon Finance protocol, an over-collateralised synthetic-dollar system built around USDf (a stable asset) and sUSDf (a yield-bearing asset). Governance: FF holders can propose, discuss and vote on upgrades, parameter changes, incentive budgets, liquidity campaigns and the adoption of new products.
Economic utility: Staking FF can provide preferential terms, including improved capital efficiency when minting USDf, reduced haircuts and lower swap fees. Stakers may receive enhanced yields on USDf and sUSDf and gain early access to new vaults or structured minting paths.
