Question 1

What is Falcon Finance (FF)?

Accepted Answer

Falcon Finance (FF) is the native governance and utility token of the Falcon Finance protocol, an over-collateralised synthetic-dollar system built around USDf (a stable asset) and sUSDf (a yield-bearing asset). FF aligns incentives across users and contributors and underpins protocol decision-making and economics.

Question 2

What is Falcon Finance (FF) token used for?

Accepted Answer

**Governance:** FF holders can propose, discuss and vote on upgrades, parameter changes, incentive budgets, liquidity campaigns and the adoption of new products.

**Economic utility:** Staking FF can provide preferential terms, including improved capital efficiency when minting USDf, reduced haircuts and lower swap fees. Stakers may receive enhanced yields on USDf and sUSDf and gain early access to new vaults or structured minting paths.

**Incentives:** A portion of FF is intended for community programmes such as seasonal airdrops and rewards tied to on-chain activity (e.g., minting USDf, staking and integrations).

Question 3

Who created Falcon Finance (FF)?

Accepted Answer

Falcon Finance is developed by the Falcon Finance team. The whitepaper is authored by Andrei Grachev and dated 22 September 2025.
