U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chair Gary Gensler repeatedly dodged the question on whether Ethereum is a security or a commodity in Tuesday's House Financial Services Committee hearing. Linklaters U.S. head of fintech and head of blockchain and digital assets Joshua Ashley Klayman weighs in, saying, "the fact he did equivocate on the answer is a positive for the industry."
