Sam Bankman-Fried's Defense Team Has Done the 'Best That They Can,' Lawyer Says

It's a really difficult case for the defense. In, in all honesty, you've got some uh key members of the inner circle for Sam who are testifying directly against him. Uh Two of his co founders at FTX and then the uh CEO of Alameda. Uh And so th this information that's being presented is very direct and it's, and it's difficult uh to deflect uh those direct statements. Uh I think the defense counsel has done the best that they can um with what they're equipped uh to do. Uh Again, there were some difficulties uh with Sam himself being able to explain uh what he knew when he knew it. Uh And so they, they, they put on their best show. Uh and, and really, it's gonna be up to a jury to determine what, what they think about everything.
