Describe what a Wells notice is. A Wells notice is an indication from the enforcement division of the SEC of charges that they intend to get approval to file in generally federal court. If Robin Hood fought the SEC in court, do you think that they would win? I would never bet against the SEC in court. I don't think Robin Hood is likely to win in a full on battle with the SEC. What's needed for more crypto regulatory clarity in the United States? We really need Congress to act to provide clarity for crypto. Do you think there's a future for crypto in the U? Si? Don't know if there's a future for crypto in the US. It pains me to say that. Um I, I'm kind of negative on that. If you weren't in your current role as a lawyer, what would you be doing?
