Republican Lawmakers File Amicus Brief to Back Custodia Bank in Legal Battle With the Fed

Seven U.S. Republican lawmakers, including Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), have submitted an amicus brief in support of Custodia Bank in its ongoing legal battle to get a master account at the Federal Reserve.
