Binance's BNB token and bitcoin (BTC) plunged Monday before rebounding on Tuesday after an unsubstantiated rumor on Crypto Twitter spread that the crypto exchange's CEO Changpeng "CZ" Zhao faced an international law enforcement request to detain him.
