Zilliqa-bridged WBTC (zWBTC) is a token on the Zilliqa blockchain that represents a bridge of the popular Bitcoin (BTC) wrapped token, Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), from the Ethereum network via ZilBridge. This bridging facilitates the use of BTC in the Zilliqa ecosystem, allowing Bitcoin holders to interact with Zilliqa's decentralized applications (dApps) without needing to leave the Bitcoin blockchain.
