Yoran The Cavalier ($YORAN) is a meme coin inspired by three advanced blockchain protocols: BlockDAG, GhostDAG, and DAGKnight. Despite its playful theme, Yoran aims to contribute to blockchain innovation, particularly by enhancing speed, security, and decentralisation. It draws inspiration from the work of cryptographers working to address the blockchain trilemma. Yoran is built on Kaspa's infrastructure, a highly scalable, proof-of-work blockchain designed for rapid transaction inclusion. The meme coin also uses the Kasplex protocol for handling data insertion, creating tokens, and enabling decentralised applications on the Kaspa network.

Yoran serves multiple roles within its ecosystem. Primarily, it operates as a community-driven meme coin with a focus on decentralisation and blockchain improvement. The token leverages Kaspa’s infrastructure for fast, scalable, and secure transactions, and promotes the creation of KRC-20 tokens and NFTs through Kasplex. In addition to being a digital asset, Yoran embodies a tribute to Kaspa developers, offering a community-owned model. Its total supply is limited to 287 million tokens, and a portion of Yoran tokens will be distributed to the community, including through public sales, airdrops, and giveaways.
