Tap4.Menu is a mobile app for ordering meals from a table in a restaurant, where clients don't have to wait for the waiter to order their meal. The mobile app also allows clients to pay in different currencies. Tap4.Menu is currently working with more than 400 restaurants and they plan to increase this number to 10.000.

The PTO (the Profit Token Offering) is a type of a security token, which protects the investor from the loss of the token value. All tokens sold during PTO will buy-back.

How does the PTO work?

• 1. Tokens sold during PTO will enter the stock exchange.
• 2. Tokens will be bought back from the stock exchange with the profits generated by Tap4.Menu
• 3. All bought-back tokens will be burned.
• 4. Tokens will be bought back at the stock exchange price, but not less than $1.
• 5. The buy-back process ends when the last token is bought from the investor.
