Lista Staked BNB (slisBNB) is a liquid staking token issued by the Lista DAO platform. It represents Binance Coin (BNB) that users have staked through the Lista liquid staking protocol. Unlike traditional staking, which locks up assets, slisBNB allows users to earn staking rewards while maintaining the flexibility to use their staked funds in other decentralised finance (DeFi) activities. This token is designed to enhance liquidity and maximise the utility of staked assets in the DeFi ecosystem.
SlisBNB serves a wide range of purposes within the DeFi ecosystem:
Earning Staking Rewards: By holding slisBNB, users benefit from the rewards generated by the underlying staked BNB, enabling them to earn passive income.
Maintaining Liquidity: slisBNB allows users to retain the liquidity of their staked assets. Holders can transfer, trade, or use their slisBNB tokens even as the underlying BNB remains staked.

slisBNB is a product of Lista DAO, a decentralized autonomous organization focused on providing liquid staking solutions and decentralized financial services on the BNB Smart Chain. The token was introduced following the merger of Synclub, a staking infrastructure provider, with Lista DAO on July 4, 2023. This collaboration aimed to combine Synclub's validator operations with Lista's DeFi offerings to enhance capital efficiency and user experience.
