Question 2

What is Orca (ORCA) used For?

Accepted Answer

Orca operates as a Solana-based pure AMM DEX with its own liquidity pools, distinguishing itself from order book-based exchanges on Solana due to its simplicity and scalability. This program allows liquidity providers in certain pools to earn both trading fees and ORCA tokens. Orca also utilizes a token-swap smart contract that has been audited and is available for integration, supporting the creation and trading of custom Orca pools by communities, projects, and market participants. Additionally, being built on the Solana blockchain, Orca provides fast exchanges with low fees.
