Question 1

What is MetaDoge V1 (METADOGEV1)?

Accepted Answer

MetaDoge V1 (METADOGEV1) is the original version of the community-driven token built on the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20). It laid the foundation for an ecosystem integrating NFTs, staking, and gaming. MetaDoge V1 focused on developing stakeable NFTs, an NFT marketplace, and an interactive gaming experience. It served as the precursor to MetaDoge V2, which introduced enhanced features and cross-chain support.

The MetaDoge V1 platform aimed to introduce users to the potential of NFTs within a gamified, community-oriented environment. Early holders and participants in MetaDoge V1 gained access to staking opportunities and the ability to trade NFTs on its marketplace, fostering an interactive and player-driven ecosystem.

***Although 'METADOGE' was the ticker assigned at the deployment of the MetaDoge token's smart contract, it is already in use by another asset that has a larger market presence and higher trading volume on major exchanges. Due to this pre-existing association and to avoid confusion in the marketplace, the alternative ticker 'METADOGEV1' has been adopted for this token. This designation is specifically used to ensure that assets are distinctly identified.***
