About LiveArt
ART is the native token used across the LiveArt ecosystem to coordinate participation and align incentives around tokenised cultural assets. Holders can take part in governance (e.g., feature priorities, asset curation and protocol changes), gain access to premium Initial Asset Offerings and selected platform features such as AI-driven insights, and earn activity-based rewards. Staking converts balances into “Staking Power”, a multiplier that helps determine leaderboard position and the share of seasonal reward pools; trading, liquidity provision and IAO participation are among the factors that influence distribution. Unstaking is permitted, while longer staking horizons raise the multiplier. The token also underpins ecosystem programmes such as contributor rewards, potential fee tiers or discounts, and other utilities decided by governance, supporting a multi-chain environment connected to institutional custody and on-chain market infrastructure.
LiveArt is an RWA (real-world asset) protocol focused on cultural assets—fine art, luxury watches, classic cars, wine and other collectibles. It converts selected assets into ERC-20 compatible fractions for primary distribution via Initial Asset Offerings (IAOs) and secondary trading on a marketplace/DEX. The pipeline combines off-chain verification (provenance, condition, custody), smart contracts for issuance, transfer and buyout logic, and a data layer using AI models and oracles for discovery, valuation signals and custody status updates. Assets are stored with specialist custodians (e.g., freeports) under an institutional framework, while on-chain records link token fractions to the underlying item and track supply and ownership. The protocol is multi-chain and is positioned as “RWAfi”, integrating DeFi functions such as trading, liquidity and collateralisation around tokenised cultural assets.
Governance: ART holders can vote on protocol matters such as feature priorities, asset curation parameters and upgrade proposals.
Access & participation: ART is required for entry to premium IAOs and for unlocking selected platform features, including AI-supported analytics and data tools.
Staking & rewards: Staking ART activates “Staking Power”, a multiplier that influences leaderboard rank and seasonal reward allocation. Rewards are distributed in defined seasons based on activity such as trading, liquidity provision and IAO participation. Unstaking is permitted; longer commitments increase the multiplier.
Ecosystem incentives: Additional uses can include fee tiers or discounts, contributor rewards, data-submission incentives and other programme benefits determined by governance.
LiveArt was co-founded by Boris Pevzner, Adam Chinn and John Auerbach. The team combines backgrounds in technology, art markets and operations.
