Players use KCATS tokens to participate in PVP games, notably the "Ultimate Cat Fighting Championship" (UCFC), a Tekken-style game where players can battle their NFTs. Winners receive prizes, including a share of the prize pool in KCATS, while a portion of the tokens (20%) is burned to maintain the deflationary nature of the token. Additionally, KCATS tokens are required for minting NFTs, which are used in these games. The token is also employed to incentivise long-term holding and provide liquidity through an automatic and locked liquidity generation protocol​.
