Degen Zoo

Degen Zoo (DZOO) is a non-profit NFT (Non-Fungible Token) gaming token associated with the Degen Zoo blockchain game. The project's primary aim is to raise awareness about endangered animal species and the negative impacts of industrialization and environmentally harmful practices on these animals​​​.

DZOO serves several purposes. Firstly, it supports a charitable initiative, with the game's developers promising to donate all profits to animal charities working to prevent the extinction of endangered animals. The Degen Zoo game involves NFTs that represent 120 endangered animals, each with unique traits like weight, endangerment levels, lifetime, and staking reward percentages. Players engage in the game by using DZOO tokens for NFT minting and can earn rewards by "burning" these NFTs, which unlocks the tokens locked within them. This mechanic is designed to simulate and raise awareness of the impact of human actions on wildlife extinction.
