DisChain, also referred to as DIS Chain, is a Proof of Work (PoW) public blockchain that operates on the EthereumFair network, which resulted from a merger with Disney. This chain is based on Ethereum's ETHASH algorithm. It is designed to integrate MEME culture and AI technology, focusing on maintaining the principles of PoW and decentralization following Ethereum's transition from PoW to Proof of Stake (PoS). DisChain supports the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and smart contracts, which enables the deployment of various decentralized applications (DApps) including those for decentralized exchanges (DEX), decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Game Finance (GameFi), Social Finance (SocialFi), and the Metaverse​​​.

DisChain is used to create a robust WEB3 ecosystem by leveraging its compatibility with EVM and its support for smart contracts. DisChain was launched by a community of miners and blockchain enthusiasts who were part of the EthereumFair network following its split from Ethereum due to the latter's shift to Proof of Stake.
