Deep Gold

Deep Gold (DEEP) is a cryptocurrency designed to support a decentralised virtual world known as “The Deep.” This immersive platform combines elements of a social space and gaming, where users can claim virtual land, construct buildings, and engage in various interactions. Operating on the Ethereum blockchain as an ERC-20 token, Deep Gold employs Delegate Proof of Stake (DPoS) to ensure a community-governed, democratic structure within the platform. This decentralised structure allows users to participate in governance decisions and influence the platform's evolution through their virtual interactions and ownership.

Deep Gold (DEEP) is used primarily within “The Deep” virtual ecosystem to represent ownership and interaction rights. DEEP tokens facilitate activities such as acquiring land, building virtual structures, and creating user-driven experiences within this digital world. The token system supports an economy based on ownership and community contributions, enabling a self-sustained platform where users can create, interact, and collaborate. The token distribution was limited, and while it initially supported an ICO, its tradeability on exchanges remains restricted, making it predominantly usable within the Deep platform itself.
