Issued as a security token, BUIDL offers daily yield accrual and monthly rebase-based distribution. Transfers are restricted to whitelisted, KYC/AML-verified addresses. The fund is managed by BlackRock Financial Management, with custody and administration by Bank of New York Mellon. It supports daily subscriptions and redemptions, including optional redemption in USDC. BUIDL is deployed across multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Aptos, and others, with cross-chain transfers enabled by Wormhole.
