BNRY is the utility token of The Binary Holdings, a Layer 2 blockchain built using Optimistic Rollups and designed for telecommunications platforms. The Binary Token (BNRY) is the utility token of The Binary Holdings (TBH), a Layer 2 blockchain infrastructure designed for telecommunications platforms. The network is structured around Optimistic Rollups, enabling transactions to be processed off the main Layer 1 chain and later settled on it. This model supports higher transaction throughput and lower transaction costs compared with using a Layer 1 network directly.
TBH focuses on integrating blockchain-based services into telecommunications ecosystems, particularly through partnerships with telecom operators. Within this framework, BNRY functions as the core transactional and operational token of the ecosystem.
- Network fees: BNRY is used to pay gas and other transaction-related fees on the network.
- Payments and settlements: It can be used to settle payments for goods and services within applications and services connected to the TBH ecosystem. Pricing may be displayed in USD, with the corresponding BNRY amount calculated at the point of transaction.
- Staking: BNRY can be locked to participate in staking mechanisms that provide rewards and access to certain ecosystem benefits. Staking parameters are linked to duration and level of participation.
- Incentives and rewards: The token is used in distribution mechanisms tied to user activity, including engagement with applications, learning modules and other ecosystem interactions.
