Amazon (AMZNon) is an open-ended tracker certificate issued in the form of ledger-based securities (Registerwertrechte) under Art. 973d et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

It is issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited and recorded in a securities ledger supported by the product. The product has no fixed maturity date.

AMZNon is designed to mirror the price movements of the ordinary shares of Amazon.com, Inc. Its objective is to replicate the return performance of the underlying share after fees and expenses, as described in the KID.

Investors may request redemption at any time by submitting an order to the issuer or a party acting on its behalf. Redemption is settled in cash. At the sole discretion of the issuer, settlement may alternatively occur in other fiat currencies or cryptocurrencies.

The product may also be transferred to third parties via over-the-counter transactions, subject to transfer restrictions described in the Base Prospectus and Final Terms.

AMZNon is not listed or admitted to trading on any stock exchange, multilateral trading facility or organised trading facility inside or outside the EU or Switzerland. If a listing or admission to trading is pursued, a notice will be published on the issuer’s website.
