Could Hong Kong have spot Bitcoin and spot Ether ETF S on Monday and Bitcoin sign guy puts his sign up for auction. You're watching coin desk daily. I'm your host Jens Asi Hong Kong may approve spot Bitcoin and Ether ETF S as soon as Friday with possible trading starting by the end of the month. According to Bloomberg, the approval timeline isn't fixed and could be changed at the last minute. According to the news sites sources, major export expects Mainland's Chinese investors to move billions into the potential Hong Kong listed ETF S through the stock Connect program and says that it could unlock up to $25 billion in demand. Hong Kong's approval of the ETF products is seen as one of the biggest market, moving events for cryptocurrencies and could establish Hong Kong as Asia's leading digital asset hub. The to foundation has teamed up with hash key group to drive crypto on ramping in Telegram. Hash Key and the foundation are focusing their partnership on Hong Kong in the first phase to started its life as a project by telegram but was picked up by members of its community after the messaging app abandoned the project due to legal action from the SEC Tan's native Token climbed around 1.7% in the hour following the announcement down nearly 2% in the last 24 hours. And Bitcoin sign guy is auctioning his Bitcoin sign Christian Lalli, whose 2017 photo bombing of Janet Yellen became a viral meme after he held up a buy Bitcoin sign behind the then Federal Reserve chair. During her televised congressional testimony, Lalli says he will use the proceeds to fund his company which is building an implementation and wallet for Bitcoin's Lay Two Lightning Network on top of orbit. An open source software project that attempts to rewrite the entire internet computing stack from first principles. Bidding for the sign will commence on April 18th and run for a week on Scare City, but final bids will be entertained in person on April 24th at pub key, a Bitcoin themed dive bar in New York City.
