The founder of Saitama Inu is anonymous, a common trait among many meme coins. The platform was launched in May 2021, inspired by the popular anime character "Saitama" from One Punch Man. It was originally created in 2017 by a team of developers aiming to innovate in the digital currency space. Due to personal reasons, the original creator renounced ownership, and a group of individuals who valued the project's goals took over its development.
