NIO (Ondo Tokenized) (NIOON) is a tokenised representation of NIO Inc. common stock. Issued on the Ethereum blockchain by Ondo Finance, each token corresponds to a share of NIO Inc., enabling onchain transfer and custody of equity exposure.

NIOON allows eligible participants to gain blockchain-based exposure to NIO Inc. shares. Each token is backed 1:1 by the underlying equity, providing an onchain alternative to traditional brokerage accounts for holding and trading NIO stock.
