CoinZoom (ZOOM) is an ERC-20 utility token used within the CoinZoom ecosystem. CoinZoom is a U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange and payments platform that supports crypto trading, fiat funding, international transfers and a Visa crypto debit card programme.

ZOOM is used as the utility and membership token for CoinZoom services. It connects several parts of the platform, including trading, payments, rewards and CoinZoom Prime membership.

ZOOM is used to access benefits and services within the CoinZoom ecosystem. Its main uses are linked to CoinZoom Prime, trading fee discounts, card rewards and platform participation.

CoinZoom Prime is a tiered membership programme based on the amount of ZOOM a user holds. The programme includes Non-Prime, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Black tiers, with higher tiers linked to benefits such as lower trading fees, card rewards, higher limits and support features.

For trading, ZOOM can be used to reduce trading fees for eligible Prime members. Fee discounts range from 0% for Non-Prime users to 50% for Black tier users.

For payments, ZOOM is connected to the CoinZoom Visa crypto debit card programme. Users can spend supported balances through the card and receive rewards based on their Prime tier. Card rewards range from 0.5% for Non-Prime users to 5% for Black tier users.

ZOOM is also used as an incentive mechanism for referrals, loyalty activity and wider platform engagement. It is not described as a governance token or an ownership claim. Its role is centred on utility and membership within CoinZoom services.

CoinZoom was founded by Todd Crosland and Benjamin Crosland. Todd Crosland is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, while Benjamin Crosland is Co-Founder and Director of Business Development.

The wider leadership team includes Paxton Powers as Chief Technology Officer, James Olsen as Chief Software Architect and Fiona Naughton as Chief Marketing Officer.
