CorionX BSC (CORXB) refers to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) version of the CorionX (CORX) token, issued as part of a token migration to improve usability and reduce gas fees. It is a BEP-20 utility token deployed by the Corion Foundation, which originally launched CorionX on Ethereum to promote the adoption of stablecoins, CBDCs, and DeFi.
The BSC-based version was deployed in 2021 to allow broader access to CorionX functionality, particularly for users and applications where Ethereum gas costs were a barrier. CORXB retains the same core utility as the Ethereum version of CORX but operates natively on BNB Smart Chain.
CORXB is used within the CorionX ecosystem to:
Enable Access to Services: CORXB is used for payments, access to partner platforms, and reward-based integrations aligned with CorionX’s #MoneyInTheRightDirection campaign.
Staking and Passive Earnings: CORXB holders may receive staking rewards based on their holdings. The platform has previously offered up to 2.5% quarterly APY without lock-ups.
Cross-Chain Participation: CORXB facilitates use of CorionX across multiple chains, often used in token bridges or liquidity pools supporting stablecoins and DeFi integrations.
Ecosystem Engagement: CORXB may be used for bounties, partnerships, and as a token for participating in educational and promotional events related to stablecoin adoption.
