Each night we curate a dinner at one of Austin’s best restaurants, with 130 guests, networking, connection and excellent food.

Led by the incredible Chef Philip Speer, Comedor is the quintessential Austin offering of Modern Mexican. Proof of Steak Dinner to include 4 courses from coast and field including but not limited to Tuna Aquachile, Melon & Chile Costeño, Bone Marrow Tacos, Quelites & Smoked Butter, Local Salad with Pasilla Poached Pears and the Crispiest Fried Fish Tacos served with Toreado Mayo & Salsa Verde. Meal to be followed by an unmatched Tamal de Chocolate, Caramelized Milk Ice Cream & Amaranth. Courses to be paired with an array of Smoky Mezcal & Tequila Cocktails, Bubbles, Wine and Cerveza Fría.

    Self-touted “Fancy” Barbecue by the one and only, local favorite, Lamberts Austin. Step into the restored historic Schneider Brothers building to take in this Proof of Steak family style dinner. Passed and table appetizers including Bacon Wrapped Quail & Red Snapper Ceviche followed by Classic Wedge/Blue Cheese & Chopped/Lemon Vinaigrette Salads. Texas Prime Smoked Brisket, Sausages & Achiote Chicken with classic BBQ sides of Yukon Gold, Ranch Barracho and Cashew Lime Coleslaw. Homemade Lemon Meringue and Fruit Tartlet to finish the night. Whiskey Cocktails, Local Beer and incredible paired wines throughout.

      Southwest, game & surf heavy delight built by the great Chef Tim Love. This 4 course Proof of Steak dinner will begin with Rabbit & Rattlesnake Sausage with Manchango Crème Fraiche and a Hamachi Tostada. Butter Lettuce & Goat Cheese Salad will be served with Red Chile Buttermilk Vinaigrette. Main course, guest’s choice of Garlic Stuffed Tenderloin, Seasoned Trout or Seared Colorado Lamb. All served with Crispy Brussels and Burnt Carrots & Texas Honey. Finale juxtaposition of subtle spicy and sweet Ancho Chile Chocolate Cake. Paired drinks include house Smoked Manhattan, Tequila Cocktails & Wine.
