Amazon Web Services is offering Chia mining on the cloud. There’s been a lot of buzz about the new cryptocurrency that relies on a new consensus algorithm called “Proof of Space and Time.” Chia is “farmed” rather than mined and uses cloud computing and storage space as a trade-off, which Chia hopes will bring mining back to individuals. “The Hash” panel breaks it down.
