What is the single most important priority for crypto this year? Regulatory clarity. We need an answer of whether the SEC, the CFTC or some other agency is the primary regulator. What is something you think the US has gotten right when it comes to crypto regulation? Nothing right now, the states have done a really good job from a regulatory perspective. What's the biggest misconception when it comes to NFTS? That NFTS are just Cryptocurrency and that they have no value outside of a digital collectible.
