This ETF is a bit different than some of the others in the headlines, it has a built in renewable energy certificate earlier on Coin Desk TV, Jacobi Asset Management, Ceo Martin Bed explained why through regulatory changes that have happened and regulatory drivers, institutional investors in Europe are really required to look at the any investments that they make. They have to look at the sustainability, the ESG side of things. And so we've redressed that crypto custodian Prime Trust filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Monday. This comes days after Coindesk reported that the company looked poised to do potentially massive layoffs. The crypto custodian is grappling with financial and regulatory challenges. Recently, Biko also terminated a deal to buy the company and Sam Baman freed allegedly used money he stole from FX customers to make political donations. That's according to a new indictment filed by federal prosecutors, they say he contributed more than $100 million in political campaign contributions before the 2022 midterms. The indictment includes seven counts of conspiracy and fraud charges. The coin desk Bitcoin price XPX index is currently hovering around the $29.3000 mark. This comes as Coinbase released a recent report saying the investment case for Bitcoin could be compelling as investors look to navigate some of the current uncertainties in the global macro landscape.
