FTX.US to Buy LedgerX in Bid for US Crypto Derivatives

FTX.US is acquiring crypto derivatives firm LedgerX by October, a move that could pave the way for Sam Bankman-Fried’s crypto empire to offer crypto futures, swaps, puts, and calls to U.S. retail traders, gaining a foothold in the restrictive U.S. derivatives scene.
