A judge wrote that Craig Wright lied to the UK court and Genesis is set to return $3 billion of customer assets. That's according to a written statement issued by Judge James Meller today, the judge wrote most of the lies related to forged documents that purported to support Wright's claim. Genesis secured court approval to distribute $3 billion in cash and crypto to its creditors. Judge Sean Lane wrote in the filing that the record here clearly establishes that there is not sufficient value in the debtors estates to provide DC G A recovery as equity holder after unsecured creditors are paid. And a Nigerian court has denied the bail application of detained Binance Executive Tigran Gamar on the grounds that there is a likelihood that he will manage to jump bail. That's according to a spokesperson for the executive's family, Gamar bail hearing, as well as other hearings related to Binance took place last Friday. The court ruled that Binance can be with the federal Inland Revenue Service tax evasion charge through Gamar.
