CFTC Sues Binance, CZ Over Alleged 'Willful Evasion' of U.S. Laws

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) sued Binance and founder Changpeng "CZ" Zhao on allegations that the crypto exchange knowingly offered unregistered crypto derivatives products in the U.S. against federal law.
