Dedicated User Group for Blockchain Technology Expands Due to Strong Enterprise Demand

The Blockchain Users Group (BUG) is excited to welcome Joe Ciccolo as its Regulatory Compliance Advisor. Joe is the Founder of BitAML, a bitcoin regulatory compliance consulting firm. Prior to launching BitAML, Joe was a founding member of the AML compliance program of a top 100 U.S.-based financial institution. He also served as a project manager for a top 20 global bank, where he led several regulatory and audit remediation projects. Before entering the field of AML, Joe held leadership positions across various risk management disciplines, including vendor due diligence, fraud prevention, and corporate investigations. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA). Joe is a frequent speaker and panelist at bitcoin and blockchain conferences and events. Joe serves as an advisor to the Blockchain Education Network, a non-profit, student-led network of campus-based blockchain clubs across the globe. He is a passionate advocate of decentralized digital currency and access to financial services for the unbanked.

The Blockchain Users Group (BUG) provides a hub for users, practitioners, and developers to exchange knowledge on how to maximize blockchain technology to achieve business success.
